follow follow your dream if you stumble. sight of your goal press to the top for only on top can we see the whole view can we see when we done and what we can do can we then have the vision to become thin you press on follow your dreams start Viber recognizing that that the developmental needs of a child or relate to the academic means social and emotional needs and so you have to build the support systems in place so the kids can be successful actors in school but in life you can't build a strong positive trusting relationship but hard to teach those kids had a relationship in the car to for them to have Alex if they need to be successful cuz I need to feel good inside or outside in their academic we have to meet the parents who have to come meet the parents like show them to our actions that we care about their children that we care about their best interest because once we show them that we want the best for their kids then they're much more willing to trust that want to be heard they want others to understand that there have a lot on their plate that they have been do they have other kids if this is not the only child that they have praised them for the work they're doing you want to stay in that is if you're juggling so much and it was a person feels good about themselves they want to talk to you our kids are facing such a host of different issues how many senses into the school and into their life in general that they have not in any way been equipped to deal with they don't have the tool belt to deal with issues I don't have to deal with him so we absolutely need to have professionals who can help them figure out ways to handle this. really good students who come in with anxiety depression suicidal ideation and those problems cut across race car across class and the school don't have resources we have a broken mental health system and what haven't done is to think how to address those needs in a proactive manner so we don't use the word counseling we don't use the word come in for mental health services or therapy or anything like that we just talked about problem solving dependent each person where they start we make note of where they're starting and every week we see a little bit more of Engagement and progress when they come in and start saying things like oh yeah I turned that page that's progress to give kids the tools to be able to cope and to be able to take care of himself the same time we will have to give those resources to teachers and staff because they're the First Responders and if you don't support the team the teachers will feed prices to and they will start to experience their own Mental Health crisis so you've got to think about this holistically and responding a more comprehensive plan.
